Your analytics choice
Google Analytics is optional on our public website. It does not load until you choose Accept analytics. If you choose No thanks, no Google Analytics tag is loaded and no analytics data is sent by us.
What website analytics records
If you accept, Google Analytics may record the public page viewed, broad device and browser information, referral source, campaign tags and selected actions such as opening a guide, using a call-to-action, opening the product demo, reaching a scroll depth or successfully sending the contact form.
Our event names are deliberately limited. We do not put your name, email address, typed enquiry, pricing notes, form field values, document content or client-workspace activity into Analytics. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled in our tag configuration.
Contact enquiries
When you send the public contact form, we receive the name, email address and other information you choose to enter so we can respond and manage the enquiry. The enquiry is stored in the Just AiDL platform and may be relayed through our email delivery providers. It is separate from website analytics.
Please do not put passwords, health information, payment details or other highly sensitive material in the public contact form. We can agree on a safer channel if your enquiry needs supporting material.
Necessary sign-in and security storage
The client portal, signing pages and private workspace use necessary session and security storage to sign people in, protect forms and keep authorised work isolated. These controls are required for the service and are not part of optional marketing analytics. The public analytics script does not run on those private or transactional routes.
Service providers and overseas processing
Optional analytics is processed by Google. Contact enquiries may pass through Cloudflare and Resend as part of secure web delivery and email relay. Those providers may process data outside Australia under their own published privacy and security arrangements.
Access, correction and privacy questions
You can ask what contact information we hold about you, request a correction or raise a privacy concern through our contact form. Tell us that the message is about privacy and include enough information for us to identify the relevant enquiry without sending extra sensitive material.
